For those of you that care, we have finally begun work on material for the next Hatesex album. Also, there will be a very special song surfacing soon. We will keep you posted on that.. Additionally, we will be redesigning the website soon.

Sorry, sorry, sorry for the long gap between updates. There hasn't been a whole lot going on in Hatesexland lately, but there are a couple of things that I can update you on. Yes, I know that I need to post the WGT pics on the site. I will do that soon, hopefully. The biggest news right now is that I have joined Frank The Baptist as their new bass player. Some of you may know by now that FTB is now based out of Berlin. We played our first show with the new lineup on Oct 13th in Leipzig. It was a really great event out on by our friend Thomas Thyssen. We will be going on tour this December throughout most of Europe.
There is also talk of a Hatesex European tour Spring of 2007. We are hoping that this will materialize. If you are a promoter, and wish to inquire about booking us, please contact our promoter Patty Helle.
I am also hoping to start finishing up new material for the next Hatesex album... stay tuned.
Now I am off to exorcize a ghost.....

WGT RECAP
Wow... what can we say? WGT was everything that we hoped it would be and more. We wish to thank everyone for filling up the WERK II hall to see us. We appreciate all of the positive response that we have received. It was really nice seeing all of the familiar faces in the crowd. It was also great meeting all of the new fans as well. We will have pictures up soon from the performance once we have collected them all and have gone through them. I posted a couple of them on the Hatesex MySpace site as a teaser. For those who are interested, here was the set list for the show.

WGT "MEET AND GREET" SESSION ANNOUNCED
Hatesex will be doing an autograph signing on FRIDAY, JUNE 2nd starting at 1:15 PM until 2PM. It will be held at the CineStar movie theater - Petersstr. / Petersbogen in Leipzig. Those of you who have been to WGT will know it´s at the usual place. So if you are in town early and would like to come by and say "Hi" to us, we would love to meet you.... We will sign whatever you have... and we might have things to sign there as well.
Rehearsals are STILL going great... goth n´roll...

WGT DATE AND SET TIME ANNOUNCED
Hatesex will be playing FRIDAY, JUNE 2nd at 5:30PM at the WERK II, Halle A
We will be the SECOND band playing at WERK II that day so get there early. The venue opens at 4PM.

We just received confirmation today that Hatesex will be playing at this yearīs Wave Gotik Treffen in Leipzig. This will in fact be the first show EVER for HATESEX. Joining the band for the appearance will be Ralf on bass and Alice D on drums from the Berlin-based band PLUSH INSANE. This development came as somewhat of a surprise to even Hatesex since we were not really prepared to be in "live" mode, however Patty Helle from Motherdance offered us the opportunity and we couldnīt pass it up. The set will include songs from the "Unwant" album and maybe even some of the songs that Benn co-wrote while in his PREVIOUS band. (See BIO section). We are also possibly planning a surprise or two for the show as well. Either way... it should be a good time...

The long awaited release of Hatesex's debut album "Unwant" is here. This release is primarily for Europe and the rest of the world outside the U.S. We are looking at possibilities of releasing the album here in North America. For more information please go to DARK DIMENSIONS.

The album is done. Mizing of the last song was completed and the album is in the process if being mastered. We should be handing the album into the label within the next couple of weeks. The album will be entitled "Unwant" and will contain 11 songs including the four songs from the "Spiritual Palsy EP". We do not have a release date at this time. We will make an announcement once a date has been set/
